1. How to view the Analytics
The left-most panel on your Kytes screen will take you through the various options where you can view your library, add collections and users. The Analyze option sits right there in the list. A simple click on Analyze will take you to the analytics dashboard. Consumption metrics reveals incredible insights that helps you to plan your content distribution strategy accordingly. The secure content consumption data enables you to comprehend the impact of content distribution and guides you to make changes accordingly.

2. Content Count and Content Size
The Content count gives you the exact number of content files segregated according to the format. You will be able to know the percentage of video files, documents and audio files present in your content library. The Content size shows the size of the content format present.

3. Top 5 Content Pieces
Do you want to know the top-performing content files from your media library? We’ve got you covered. Simply visit the analytics dashboard and you’ll see the top 5 most viewed content files. This will help you understand what content type is very well received by your audience and focus on creating and sharing similar content formats.

4. Top 5 Viewers
It is important to know who your loyal audience is. This section of the analytics report helps you know the top 5 consumers of your content. This paves a way for you to interact with them and get their feedback about your content.

5. Total Content Views, Invited & Joined
It is important to track the number of invites you’ve sent and how many of those actually accepted your invite and joined. This helps you understand if you are targeting the right audience. Kytes lets you track the number of total content views, along with the invited users and joined users, all in one place.
